2-day workshops with 8 personalized coaching sessions.

Each workshop is designed with the client’s needs in mind.

● Physical: exercise and fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, healthy habits, posture, ergonomics.
● Emotional: self-awareness, mindfulness, coping with negative emotions, effective communication, building resilience, self-care.
● Occupational: resume writing, job interviewing, networking, professional development, time management, personal branding.
● Intellectual: critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, learning strategies, information literacy.
● Spiritual: mindfulness and meditation, gratitude and appreciation, self-reflection, connection with nature, forgiveness, compassion, and service.
● Social: introductions and ice breakers, active listening, body language, empathy and understanding others, assertiveness, social media and digital communication, role play.
● Environmental: air, water, hazardous waste, and food safety.
● Financial: budgeting, saving and investing, credit and debt management, financial goal setting, money management tips and tricks, financial resources and tools.
● Cultural Wellness: the goal of a cultural wellness workshop is to provide participants with a better understanding of how culture and wellness intersect and to offer strategies for promoting wellness within a specific cultural context.
● Community Wellness: definition, benefits of giving back, examples of giving back, barriers to giving back, strategies for giving back.
● Personalized coaching: 8 sessions that teach participants how to reframe difficult situations and the importance of being positive.
